Ed Richardson, the owner of Home Town Home Care, has been a lifelong resident of Lake Bluff, Illinois, where he and his wife Cheri raised their children, Heather and Ryan. They have been actively involved in the community for many years. With their strong local ties, extensive knowledge of available resources, a deep understanding of the area's unique lifestyle, Home Town Home Care is well-prepared to offer personalized services that cater to each client's specific needs.

The duties of our caregivers include, but are not limited to:

Providing supportive care to clients in their homes, including overseeing activities of daily living to ensure safety and comfort.

Assisting clients with mobility, including walking, dressing, and transferring from one position to another.

Encouraging mental engagement through meaningful conversation and activities.

Accompanying clients to appointments and running errands outside the home.

Assisting with bathing, toileting, and oral care.

Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Reminding clients to take their medications as prescribed.

Property management: We collaborate with local contractors for snow removal, lawn care, plumbing, painting, and other maintenance needs. A single phone call to us will handle all client-related needs.
